3. Bookings

Availability: We operate on a flexible schedule and are usually available within 2–3 business days. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full and the booking form has been submitted successfully.

4. Payment

Rates: All pricing is clearly listed on our website and is subject to change. We are committed to offering some of the most competitive rates in the industry.

Payment Invoices: Payments will be invoiced and paid accordingly based on the services booked. Invoices will be sent after the booking is confirmed.

Payment Method: Payments can be made through secure online options such as PayFast, Stripe, or bank transfer (if applicable).

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a non-refundable deposit. We aim to be flexible and accommodating when it comes to rescheduling.

5. Delivery of Media

Turnaround Time: All photos and videos will be delivered within 48 hours after the shoot — giving you a competitive edge in the fast-paced real estate market.

Delivery Method: Media will be made available via a secure downloadable link.

Quality Assurance: While we strive for exceptional quality, Firefly Real Estate Photography is not responsible for limitations caused by environmental factors such as weather or lighting.

6. Rights & Usage

Ownership: All media remains the property of Firefly Real Estate Photography until full payment is received. After payment, you are granted a license to use the media for marketing and promotion of the listed property.

Unauthorized Use: Redistribution, resale, or use of the media beyond the agreed purpose is not permitted without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Firefly Real Estate Photography will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our services or media. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Privacy

We collect your personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. Your information will never be sold, shared, or rented to third parties.
